Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Invveo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Invveo is a platform for cataloging, valuing, and selling music and audio-visual gear, available on the web and as a mobile app. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Beta service
Invveo is currently offered as a beta. The Service is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or change without notice. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product develops.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Invveo, including item details and photos. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending content to our AI provider when you use AI features, and to marketplaces when you publish a listing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or users.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Misuse AI features to generate misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
6. AI features and valuations
Invveo’s AI features — including item identification, valuation, and listing copy — produce estimates and suggestions generated by automated systems. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for convenience only. Valuations are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees of sale price. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it.
7. Third-party marketplaces
When you connect and publish to a third-party marketplace (e.g. Reverb), your use of that marketplace is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or the outcome of any listing or sale.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invveo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
